How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Upcomingyear Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise With Us

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Upcomingyear Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If something goes wrong with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to talk to the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Keep in mind that Upcomingyear Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@upcomingyear.living and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
