How Our Network Works

Talk to a local provider

Who You Talk To

When you reach out through Upcomingyear Tree Service, you are connected with an independent tree provider in our network. That provider is a local business. They run their own crews, set their own prices and decide their own schedule. Upcomingyear Tree Service simply makes the introduction.

What Happens on the Call

Expect a relaxed conversation. The provider will usually ask where the tree is, how big it looks, and whether anything is close by, like a roof, a fence or a power line. They may ask for a photo. Then they will explain what a visit or estimate would involve.

Nothing is decided on that first call. You are just gathering information.

What to Ask a Provider

A short list helps you feel steady. Write these down before you talk:

  • Will you give me a written quote before work begins?
  • Does the quote include cleanup and hauling?
  • Is stump grinding part of the price, or separate?
  • How will you protect my roof, yard and fence?
  • Do you carry liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage?
  • What is your current availability?

If your house is older, add one more. Ask how they plan around aging roofing, past repairs or buried lines.

Understand Typical Costs

Tree work prices vary a great deal. Size, access, condition and how close the tree is to your home all matter. A written quote is the only way to know your real number, so compare more than one if you can.

You Are in Control

You can ask questions, say no, or take a day to think. A good provider will not rush you. If something feels unclear, ask again until it makes sense. Slow down, then call.
