Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use upcomingyear.living and the services offered through it by Upcomingyear Tree Service. When you use this website, call the phone number on it or send a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Upcomingyear Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

About the Providers

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will achieve.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Please confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it matters, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded to check quality and handle billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@upcomingyear.living.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this website belong to Upcomingyear Tree Service or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Upcomingyear Tree Service is not liable for loss or damage that comes from your use of this website, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.

If These Terms Change

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms.
